India’s most popular messaging service WhatsApp will have advertisements on its platform in 2020, Facebook revealed at the annual Facebook Marketing Summit in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Initially, WhatsApp will display ads in the WhatsApp status section. This is similar to how ads are shown on Instagram stories.
