Mumbai: The ‘Dhak-Dhak’ actress Madhuri Dixit not only ruled over her Indian fans, but she was equally adored by our Pakistani neighbours.

The Pakistanis were so mesmerized by the charisma of this Bollywood diva that they were even ready to let go of Kashmir for her.

The story goes that in the middle of the Kargil War in 1999, a Pakistani soldier shouted at his Indian adversaries that they will will leave Kashmir, but only if Indians give them Madhuri!

Indian soldiers were reported to have shot him dead, and rubbed it in by saying: ‘With love, from Madhuri.’

As the diva celebrated her 53rd birthday on May 15, fans took to social media to show how much they still loved her.

Madhuri surprised her fans by sharing an exclusive preview of her first ever single ‘Candle’ on Twitter.
