When Salman Khan Banged His Head Against Wall; Know Why

Mumbai: Bollywood’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijan’ Salman Khan is popular for his ‘Dabangg’ attitude and short-temper.

But not many are aware that the actor is quite emotional and over-sensitive too.

The actor’s emotional side came to light after his dramatic breakup with B-town diva Aishwarya Rai.

Unravelling his broken relationship with Aishwarya Rai, Salman revealed that when things were not working out between him and the actress, he got overpowered by emotions and banged his head against the wall.

Everyone knows that Salman created a ruckus outside Aishwarya’ house and had even slapped her after their breakup.

Aishwarya had also claimed that the actor used to assault her physically during their relationship.

However, denying Aishwarya’s claims, Salman stated that he is too emotional and cannot hurt anyone.

Salman said, “I have never beaten her. I get emotional and hurt myself. I have banged my head against the wall but I cannot hurt anyone else.”

It has also been reported that Salman was over-possessive about Aishwarya Rai. He used to accuse Aishwarya of cheating on him with co-stars Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and many others.

After their breakup, Aishwarya, in an interview with TOI said, “Salman and I broke up last March, but he isn’t able to come to terms with it. After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish. He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishek Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. I would go to work as if nothing had happened.”

Salman and Aishwarya’s affair reportedly began on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ (1999).

After dating each other for nearly two years, the couple broke up in 2002.
