White Tigress Gives Birth To Three Cubs In Odisha’s Nandankan Zoo

Bhubaneswar: Good news for the wildlife lovers of Odisha. A white tigress gave birth to three cubs inside the enclosure in Nandankanan Zoo on Sunday.

According to zoo sources, white tigress Vijaya gave birth to one cub in the morning and the other two in the afternoon.

Stating that the health of the tigress and her cubs is stable, the zoo officials said condition of the newborn is being constantly monitored.

It may be mentioned here that the zoo authorities had brought a white male tiger Saif from a zoo in Hyderabad recently and kept it with Vijaya inside the enclosure.
