Bhubaneswar: A high-voltage drama unfolded at a wedding venue, on the outskirts of Odisha capital, after a woman reportedly caught her husband during his second marriage on Sunday.
According to sources, Jogesh Hati of Patapur village under Jankia police limits had tied the kuptial knot with Ahalya Hati of Ganeswarpur village under Ersama in 2010. They are parents to two daughters, aged 12 and three.
However, Jogesh later developed relationship with another woman and decided to marry her without the knowledge of his family. As the wedding ceremony was on at Dulla Devi Temple in Balakati area, his first wife Ahalya reached there along with their two daughters and police and created a ruckus. She also thrashed her husband.
Police have detained Jogesh and he is being questioned at Balakati outpost.
