Dhenkanal: A woman constable, Sunita Naik, was found hanging at her official residence in Odisha’s Dhenkanal on Wednesday morning.
She was posted at Dhenkanal Town police station. Her husband Ganeshwar Naik is also a constable at the same police station and was living with her, sources said.
Police have recovered and sent the body for post-mortem. The reason why Sunita took such a drastic step is, however, yet to be ascertained.
