Keonjhar: A woman and her daughter were allegedly murdered in a village of the district, sparking tension in the area.
According to sources, Saraswati Munda (35) and her daughter Laxmi Munda were in their house in Dhaladihi village under Champua police station on Saturday night when they were killed.
On being informed, police visited the village and launched investigation. A forensic team also scanned the crime scene.
The cause of the allegedly murder is yet to be ascertained and the accused has not been identified.
