Woman, Father Found Dead In Malkangiri

Malkangiri: A woman and her father were found dead under mysterious
circumstances in a house located at Irrigation Colony of MV-79 in
Malkangiri district on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Anjali and father Tapan Sarkar.

The duo was found hanging at the woman’s in-laws’ house. Their family
members have alleged that both have been murdered by their in-laws,
who are absconding after the incident, police sources said.

However, the investigation is on to ascertain the exact reason of death.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, the sources added.
