Bhubaneswar: A woman was found hanging in a room of a private hostel at Nuasahi under Nayapalli police limits here on Wednesday night.
She has been identified as Pragyan Priyadarshini Sahu (24), a resident of Sukinda in Jajpur district. She was staying in the hostel and preparing for competitive examinations.
On being informed, Nayapalli police reached the spot and began investigation.
The reason as to why she took this extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
