Woman found hanging in Odisha capital

The deceased was identified as Diptimayee Dash.

According to sources, neighbours found the woman hanging from roof of the house and immediately alerted police.

Police along with scientific team conducted an inquiry on the spot and sent the body for postmortem, the sources added.

Locals suspect that Dash could have been murdered over a love affair.

In a separate incident, a youth was killed after being run over by Howrah Express at Choudwar in Cuttack district. The accident reportedly took place when the deceased, Bikash Chandra Sahu, was crossing the railway track.
