Phulbani: A woman homeguard was allegedly raped by an Army jawan and
an Armed Police Reserve (APR) constable in Kandhamal district on
Friday night.
The duo reportedly barged into the woman’s house at Telisahi in the
district where she stayed alone. They forcibly took her to the roof of
the house and raped her.
Based on a written complaint lodged by the homeguard at G. Udayagiri
police station, the accused have been detained.
