Bhubaneswar: Seeing an injured stray dog on the streets of Bhubaneswar, a woman called an animal helpline.
She was asked to pay Rs 5,000 as registration fee, for which she was sent a link. When she clicked on it, the money got deducted from her account. Police are probing the matter.
