Bhubaneswar: A woman allegedly jumped off the Vani Vihar flyover in the Odisha capital in an apparent bid to end her life on Saturday night.
She was identified as Bighneswari Tripathy (28) from Balasore.
According to sources, the incident took place around 9.30 pm and the woman parked her scooter on the bridge before taking the plunge. She sustained serve injuries and was taken to Capital Hospital by the evening patrolling team of the Saheed Nagar Police.
