According to reports, Tulasi Ulaka alias Sangeeta, surrendered to the Koraput SP, Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo, at the district headquarters office.
Sangeeta was a member of the Maoists’ Andhra-Odisha Border Special Zonal Committee and carried a cash reward of Rs 4 lakh on her head.
