Bhubaneswar: A woman from Khurda district suffered a heart attack and died at Baltal base camp during Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir, according to local police.
The woman was identified as M Radha (67).
She was taken to a medical camp following a massive cardiac arrest, but was declared brought dead, police sources said.
According to reports, Radha’s family members are bringing her body back to Bhubaneswar.
Around 35 people have died since the beginning of the yatra on June 28.
Earlier this month, five people had died in a landslide. The pilgrimage will end on August 26.
