Balasore: A woman, who was allegedly raped by a youth at Kashipur in Soro police limits in Balasore district, lodged a complaint with police on Tuesday after a video of the incident went viral on social media.
The incident had taken place on August 24.
Based on the complaint, police have registered a case and initiated a probe. The accused is reportedly absconding after the incident.
