Bhubaneswar: A woman allegedly slashed her hand with a blade in the Odisha capital on Monday.
According to sources, the incident took place near Master Canteen Square in the city during noon hours when the woman suddenly brought out a blade from her vanity bag and slashed her left hand.
Some passersby immediately informed the police, which rushed to the spot and admitted the woman at the Capital Hospital here.
The reason behind the incident is still not known.
