Balasore: A woman allegedly committed suicide due to unbearable paid caused by for an unknown disease in Odisha’s Balasore district.
According to sources, the woman, identified as Minakshi Biswas of Sahyamsundar village under Khaira block, was found hanging the room of her in-law’s house on Tuesday.
On being a team from Khaira police station went to the spot and seized the body. Police also recovered a suicide note near Minakshi’s body from the house.
According to police sources, she has mentioned in the suicide note that she was taking the extreme step as she could not bear the pain caused by the disease. Police have registered an unnatural death case and started investigation.
She was working as a teacher in a private school in Soro where she was staying in a rented house. She had gone to her parents a few days back and returned to in-law’s house two days back.
Her husband Sanjay Raula, who serves in Indian defence forces, is now posted in Jammu and Kashmir.
