Woman’s Naked Body Found On Roadside In Ganjam

Berhampur: Body of a middle-aged woman with no clothes on and legs tied was found along the road near Sorala Chhak at Golanthara in Odisha’s Ganjam district on Thursday morning.
People of the nearby villages spotted the body around 7.30 am and informed police.
Locals suspect that the woman was gang-raped and murdered, and her body dumped on a deserted stretch on the National Highway between Golanthara and Girisola Check Gate. They claimed that the deceased didn’t belong any of the nearby villages.
Till filing of the report, police were yet to reach the spot.
