Bhubaneswar: 113 Signature Studio, in association with Bhubaneswar Photography, is hosting a musical show with an exhibition of digital photo gallery. The collaboration is an attempt to celebrate World Photography Day and assist those who have interests in photography and music.
“The objective of this platform is to promote art and culture in any form. This is the first live show where music will be blending with photography to help talents learn more about the art,” said Goutam Mohanty, Co-Founder, 113 Signature Studio.
The studio is hosting its first ever show on Wednesday, August 19 and will be telecasting it live on the studio’s Facebook page from 6 to 7 pm. Famous flute player, M Simadre Sima will be playing flute through a straw while photographer Sidhartha De will impart photography lessons.
“The star attraction for today is Simandre Sima who will be playing through a straw. And then we will talk about how photography works and other technicalities of the art,” Mohanty, who will also be hosting the session, informed.
The one hour show aims at helping those students or artists who do not have enough financial support and have keen interest in learning the art. The founders of 113 Signature Studio also plan to host several other live shows focusing on various fields blended with a musical session.
“The purpose is to help artists bring out their talent that did not get any platform. Even I am an amateur photographer and learnt by self over 3 years,” Mohanty added further.
Photographers and music artists can visit their Facebook page to learn more about such programs.
