Xavier’s Biennial Sports Meet INXSPOM-2019 Concludes With Fanfare

INXSPOM-2019, the 9th edition of the two-day biennial Inter Xavier’s Sports Meet, concluded with fanfare on Saturday at Satyabrata Stadium in Cuttack. St Xavier’s High School, Bharni, was declared the champion of INXSPOM-2019, while St Xavier’s High School, Deoghar, and St Xavier’s High School Ambapua, Berhampur ,were declared runners-up.

Students from 32 Xavier’s Schools in the state, took part in all the 55 events held at the meet, which saw a huge participation. The chief guest, Souvik Biswal, MLA of Cuttack-Choudwar Assembly, inaugurated the closing ceremony, in the presence of Parbati Sethi, international athlete; Dr PC Mohanty, Director of Xavier’s Group and other management members of Xavier’s Group of Schools.

Parbati Sethi gave the awards to the winners and medals and certificates to the champions. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Subhashree Mohanty, Principal of St Xavier’s High School, Barbati.
