Xiaomi on Tuesday launched a new gadget – Mi Beard Trimmer. The trimmer is an India-first launch and is not available anywhere else, said Manu Jain, India head for Xiaomi.
The Mi Beard Trimmer comes with 40 different settings and 2 combs starting from 0.5mm. The blades, like in most high-end trimmers, are self-sharpening stainless ones.
Being a Xiaomi product, there’s fast charging. A 5-minute charge can deliver 10 minutes use, claims the company. The total battery life is 90 minutes, and the trimmer can also be charged from 5V outlets such as laptops, power banks and mobile chargers.
It also has a travel safety lock that would prevent it from accidentally switching on. It is priced at Rs 1,199 and available to pre-order on mi.com.
