Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning of thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rain for 12 districts of Odisha, including Cuttack and Puri, till 6.30 pm.
The districts which are likely to be affected are Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Sonepur, Boudh, Angul, Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Dhenkanal, Cuttack and Puri.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places.
