Yet Another Night In Jail For Aryan Khan; Know Why

Mumbai: Aryan Khan, who was granted bail by the Bombay High Court in the drugs-on-cruise case on Thursday, will most likely not walk out of jail today only as his release papers are still incomplete. Sources told CNN-News18 that Arthur Road jail authorities have said they will not accept any documents after their 5.30 pm deadline for the day.

A physical copy of the release order has to be put into the bail box outside Arthur Road Jail for the release. The jail officials wait until 5.35 pm for this, said Nitin Waychal, Arthur Road Jail Superintendent.

However, Advocate Satish Maneshinde and his team are still waiting for documents to be completed in court. Actor Juhi Chawla, who signed a Rs 1 lakh bail bond in court for Aryan, is also waiting inside.

Aryan is expected to come out of prison on Saturday.
