Bhubaneswar: Police have arrested a youth for allegedly blackmailing two sisters with fake obscene pictures in Bhubaneswar.
According to police sources, the youth, identified as Kalia Das from Dhenkanal, was working as a cook in Iskcon Temple and staying in Bhubaneswar.
