Puri: A youth had to pay the price for being upright and opposing brown sugar trade in Puri district.
According to reports, some drug peddlers had attacked Ajay of Kakudia village near Pipili with sharp weapons on February 23. The miscreants also hurled a crude bomb at his house.
Ajay, who was critically injured in the attack, was rushed to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
Pipili police said they have registered a case and launched a manhunt to catch the attackers.
