Balasore: Police have detained a youth for interrogation in connection with the alleged rape of a minor girl in the Industrial Area police limits in Balasore district.
The incident took place on Monday and came to the fore two days later after the girl’s mother lodged a written complaint with the Industrial Area police station.
According to the complaint, the accused forcefully took the minor girl to a secluded place and allegedly raped her.
