Bhubaneswar: A youth was found hanging on a mobile transmission tower near Chintamaniswar Canal here on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Milan Digal, a resident of Raikia
in Kandhamal district.
On receiving information from the local residents, the police rushed to the spot and seized the body.
“The youth may have committed suicide due to financial burden. However, the body has been sent for post-mortem and the report is awaited. Further investigation into the matter is on,” a police officer said.
