Cuttack: A youth was found hanging from an electric pole near Taladanda Canal under Mangalabag police limits in Odisha’s Cuttack city early Sunday morning.
Locals spotted the body at around 7.15 am and informed local police, which then recovered the body for postmortem. It is being suspected to be a case of death by suicide.
Police are examining the nearby CCTV cameras to ascertain the circumstances leading to his death. The identity of the deceased is yet to be established.
