Bhubaneswar: Two days after an MCA student allegedly committed suicide during a video call with his girlfriend in Odisha’s Cuttack, a youth reportedly did the same thing in a similar situation in the Old Town area under Lingaraj police limits in the capital city on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Sarbeswar Parida (19) of Nayagarh. He was working in a vehicle service centre.
According to sources, he committed suicide allegedly over a ‘love triangle’.
On getting the information, a team from Lingaraj police station visited the spot and recovered the body. A probe has been initiated into the incident and the body sent for postmortem.
