Youth Jumps To Death From Oyo Accommodation In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A young man allegedly jumped to death from an Oyo accommodation after failing in love affair in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

According to police sources, the youth, identified as Deepak Nayak from Nayagarh, was in love with a dancer. Despite his repeated expression of love to the dancer, the latter did not entertain him.

He had also come to Bhubaneswar to meet the girl and tell her feelings. The girl reportedly refused to meet him. He was staying in the Oyo accommodation in Bharatpur areas.

Frustrated by the girl’s refusal to have a relationship with him, Deepak jumped from the roof of the Oyo accommodation. He died on the spot.

On being informed, a team from Bharatpur police station went to the spot and sent the body for investigation. They have registered a case and started investigation.
