Bhubaneswar: Police on Friday discovered mutilated body of a youth at foothills of Khandagiri caves in Bhubaneswar.
The deceased has been identified as Manoj Kumar Gouda, a resident of Tapoban slum on outskirts of the city.
The deceased’s relatives suspect foul play in Gouda’s death while prima facie it appears to be a case of electrocution, said sources.
While police are tight-lipped on the matter, the body has been sent for autopsy to Capital Hospital here.
Khandagiri police have registered a case unnatural death and investigating further, the sources added.
