Youth’s Body Recovered From Kuakhai River

Balianta: Fire personnel recovered body of a youth, who had accidentally drowned, from Kuakhai river on Tuesday.

The victim has been identified as Amlan Tripathy (18).

According to available information, Tripathy had drowned while bathing in the water body with three of his friends near Balianta.

When efforts of his friends and locals to rescue him failed, they informed the fire officials, who swung into action and later fished out the body from the deep waters.
