YouTuber Arrested For Blackmailing Woman In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Police have arrested a YouTuber for allegedly blackmailing a woman with their intimate videos in Bhubaneswar.

According to police sources, the YouTuber, identified as Chandan Kar, was in a relationship with the woman for a long time. At the time, Chandan had taken some video images of their intimate moments on his mobile phone.

Later, the woman got married to another man. But Chandan allegedly continued to pursue her to keep the relationship. As the victim did not concede to his demand, Chandan blackmailed her by threatening that he would send the videos to her husband.

The woman filed a complaint against Chandan at Mahila police station in the city. After registering a case, the police arrested Chandan on Friday.

Earlier, Chandan was arrested for forcing his wife to sleep with a producer, the sources said.
