Starting off his career at the young age of 17 to now being one of the most famous people around the globe, he has made his way into the hearts of people through his music.

• Malik is known for addressing his anxiety issues publicly. While leaving the band- “One Direction” in 2015, Malik told the media that he had to do this for the sake of his mental health. He wanted to protect himself from the anxiety that he had been facing due to live performances. This bold step helped millions of his fans who are struggling with the same and are unable to share find a solution to this issue. It motivated them to come forward and accept that sometimes being anxious is fine and there is nothing to be ashamed about it. His team and people around the world supported him on this decision as he took a courageous, and many people reached out to help him deal with his anxiety.
• He is also an official ambassador of the British Asian Trust charity group, through which he is trying to help to improve the lives of disadvantaged people in South Asia.
• Before the finalising of the UK’s budget in November 2022, on behalf of all the struggling poverty-stricken parents and children, Malik wrote to the Prime Minister of the UK urging him to expand the free meals at school to every child in poverty in England to ensure that no child should suffer from the difficulties of hunger and poverty. He shared a copy of his letter on Instagram.
• He advocates actively for the Palestinians, and their loss in the conflict with Israel, due to which he has also faced some backlash.
