In his police complaint, Kamaraj said he had gone to deliver food to Hitesha around 4.50 pm on March 9. Histesha, however, was angry over her order being delayed and got into a fight with him. He also stated that she stopped him from leaving her house and then hit his left hand repeatedly with her sandals.
