11 Pakistani Fishing Boats Seized In Gujarat’s Creek Area
Bhuj (Gujarat): BSF has seized 11 Pakistani fishing boats from Creek area of Bhuj in Gujarat.
On receiving information on intrusion of Pakistani fishing boats and fishermen into Indian territory on Wednesday late afternoon, DIG BSF Bhuj immediately launched a search operation in the Harami Nalla area, spread over almost 300 sq km.
GS Malik, IG BSF Gujarat Frontier, rushed to Kutch from Gandhinagar on Thursday and is personally monitoring the massive search operation.
Three groups of commandos were dropped by Air Force helicopters from three different directions to find the Pakistanis suspected to be hiding in the area.
It’s a challenging task for the troops as they faced extreme marshy area, mangroves and tidal waters are making task of the troops challenging.
