Cuttack: The district administration on Sunday informed about 120 of 188 new COVID-19 cases being detected in areas under Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) in the last 24 hours.
The civic body later tweeted that one among them belong to Bhubaneswar.
Giving details of the 119 new cases, the CMC said 60 have been reported from home quarantine and 22 from institutional quarantine while 37 are local contact cases.
Another 13 are from SCB Medical College and Hospital’s isolation ward and among them, seven are COVID warriors.
Three more COVID warriors in institutional quarantine have also tested positive for the virus.

Nua Nima Sahi has reported 25 cases while eight are from Manglabag
The new cases have pushed the affected tally to 2270.
On the other hand, 80 more patients of the city have been cured of the infection.
With 12 deaths and 1398 recovery, Cuttack now has 860 active cases.
