Balasore: Police arrested 13 looters from Bampada area of Balasore district late on Wednesday.
Two swords, a bhujali, six motorcycles, 15 cell phones and Rs 4,030 in cash were seized from their possession.
These persons were arrested by a patrolling team while attempting to loot a driver on National Highway-5, a police officer informed.
