Bhubaneswar: A day after affecting a major reshuffle in OAS cadre, the Odisha government on Thursday gave new postings to 13 more officers.
Four of these OAS officers have been deployed to the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell (CMGC).
According to the official notification, OMC general manager Prafutta Kumar Swain and Settlement Officer, Cuttack, Babitarani Dalabehera have been appointed Additional Secretary, GA & PG Department, and posted at CMGC.
Similarly, Chief General Manager, Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA), Rashmi Ranjan Sahoo, and Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), Priyabrata Padhi have been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, GA & PG Department, and deployed to the CMGC.
The notification further stated that Additional District Magistrate, Kalahandi, Trilochan Patra has been appointed Joint Secretary, Excise Department.

Sub-Collector, Bhadrak, Manoj Patra, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, ROTI, Bhubaneswar. He will replace Baitura Deep, who will succeed Patra as Additional District Magistrate, Kalahandi. Deep’s appointment as Joint Secretary, Labour & ESI Department, stands cancelled, it further said.
Additional EO, Balasore Zilla Parishad, Sourav Chakrabarty has been appointed Sub-Collector, Bhadrak,
Additional Executive Officer, Jajpur Zilla Parishad, Rashmi Rekha Pradhan will take charge as BMC Deputy Commissioner.
Sub-Collector, Sonepur, Suraj Kumar Pattnaik has transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Sports & Youth Services
Department. Sonepur Tehsildar Saumya Roopa Rath will succeed him as Sub-Collector, Sonepur.
Manoj Kumar Tripathy, PA, ITDA, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, has now been posted as Deputy Secretary, School & Mass Education Department. Rangeilunda BDO Anshuman Mahapatra will succeed him.
