Bhubaneswar: A total of 15 platoons of police force will be deployed in the Odisha capital to maintain law and order during the 24-hour Bharat Bandh on Wednesday.
Bhubaneswar DCP Anup Sahoo said that security arrangements will be tightened across the city and police will also be stationed at the State Secretariat and the Biju Patnaik International airport.
“We will ensure that train services are not affected and the National Highways remain free from blockades during the bandh tomorrow.,” he told a local channel.
