Rourkela: Odisha’s Sundargarh saw 155 new cases and two deaths due to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
According to the district administration, 59 new positive cases have been reported from Kalunga Industrial Estate, on the outskirts of Rourkela.
Similarly, 10 cases each are from the Steel City and OCL Colony, Rajgangpu, and eight from Birkera.
Majority of the new cases are contacts of previous patients, it added.

These cases have pushed the affected tally in the district to 3477. With 24 deaths and 2264 recoveries, Sundargarh now has 1181 active cases.
