Bhubaneswar: Khandagiri Police in an joint operation with Quick Action Team (QAT) seized 20 gm of brown sugar and arrested two persons at Khandagiri here on Saturday.
According to sources, the joint team conducted raids based on specific inputs and arrested the duo, while they were smuggling the contraband in their car. Brown sugar weighing 20 gm and the car were later seized from their possession.

A case has been registered and further investigation is on.
On January 10, Excise Department officials had seized 10 gm of brown sugar and arrested two persons at Kolathia Square here.
