Bhubaneswar: As many as 256 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals in Odisha on Friday.
Of the recovered patients, 40 each are from Balangir and Sundargarh districts, 25 from Bargarh, 20 from Angul, 17 from Cuttack, 14 from Sambalpur, 12 from Jharsuguda and 10 each from Khurda and Puri, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
The recoveries from other districts are as follow:
9 each from Kendrapada and Mayurbhanj
8 from Balasore
7 from Keonjhar
6 from Jajpur
5 from Bhadrak
4 each from Jagatsinghpur and Nuapada
3 from Deogarh
2 each from Dhenkanal, Ganjam and Sonepur
1 each from Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh and Rayagada
3 from State Pool
