Kandhamal: Police arrested three persons for allegedly kidnapping a female teacher from a shool under Tumudibandha police limits here on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Srikant Majhi, a teacher of Badipanga Primary School, and his two associates, Chagala Majhi and Nasri Majhi.

According to sources, the trio allegedly abducted the teacher of Dangeshiguda UP School while she was taking class.
The school headmaster filed a complaint at Tumudibandha police station in this regard.
Acting on the complaint, the police rescued the woman from Srikant’s house and arrested the three accused. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
