New Delhi: Such is the quality and variety of Indian desserts that it’s difficult to choose one from the other.
But when it comes to ranking sweets from across the world, Indian delicacies inevitably featured in the list prepared by Taste Atlas, a food-based magazine which provides detailed reviews and information on street food around the globe.
Three Indian sweet dishes featured in the top-50 of a list shared recently by Taste Atlas on Instagram.
Mysore Pak has been ranked No. 14, Kulfi No. 18 and Kulfi Falooda at No. 32.
The top 5 in the list are — Pastel De Nata from Portugal, Serabi from Indonesia and Dondurma from Turkey, Hotteok from South Korea and Pa Thong Ko from Thailand.
In earlier lists, Butter Garlic Naan was adjudged second-best flatbread in the world, while 3 Indian curries featured among the top 10.
