Berhampur: Three passengers of an auto rickshaw were seriously injured in an accident, involving an OSRTC bus, near Dhobadi Patapur under Purushottampur police limits in Odisha’s Ganjam district Tuesday morning.
According to preliminary investigation, the accident took place when the Puri-bound state-run bus rammed into the auto after the driver lost control over the wheels. The injured have been admitted to MKCG Medical College and Hospital here.
Purushottampur police have initiated a probe.
Notably 12 passengers were killed and eight were injured near Moulabhanja Square at Digapahandi in Ganjam district after an OSRTC bus collided head-on with a mini private bus late on June 25.
