Bhubaneswar: SOA Founder President Prof. (Dr) Manojranjan Nayak on Saturday felicitated 3 students of Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAS), faculty of agricultural sciences of SOA, for cracking the Odisha Civil Service examination recently.
Swetalina Sahu, a student of B.Sc. (Agriculture) of 2014-17 batch, secured 30th rank in the competitive examination.
Desalin Sethi (2015-18 batch) and SD Kiran Kumar (2014-17) were placed 67th and 229th, respectively.
SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda and IAS Advisor Prof. Bijay Kumar Sahu congratulated the trio.
The students thanked the university and Dean of IAS, Prof. S.K. Rout, and other teachers for their guidance and encouragement which contributed to their success.
