Rourkela: At least 30 persons were injured in a head-on collision between a Rourkela-bound bus and a truck near Kuanramunda on NH-143 in Sundargarh district on Friday afternoon.
According to sources, locals with the help of fire personnel rescued the injured and rushed them to Rourkela Government Hospital. While most of them were discharged after preliminary treatment, the driver of the bus was shifted to the Ispat General Hospital as his condition deteriorated.
