Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 positive cases in the state capital rose to 30,834 on Thursday with 32 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours. Fourteen of those are from quarantine and 18 local contacts.
There are two cases each from Tankapani Road, Unit-9, IRC Village, Jharpada and Nayapalli, while Chakeisiani, Chandrasekharpur, Rasulgarh, Sailashree Vihar, Santoshi Vihar, Chintamaniswar, Ganga Nagar and Patia reported one new case each.
On the other hand, 34 patients have been cured of the disease in the last 24 hours.
Bhubaneswar now has 394 active cases, with a total of 30,298 recoveries and 221 deaths.
